The Stony Creek Museum is sponsoring a lecture by Stefan Simon, Director of Yale’s Institute for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage.  As this year’s exhibit on Monumental Granite winds down, Dr. Simon will discuss world monuments and sculpture, their deterioration from natural and human causes and what can be done to preserve them.
