Connecticut agricultural tourism during the winter tends to take a slower turn. This Winter Wine Trail intends to provide people with an incentive to stay local, eat and drink local, and have fun while supporting local farms and businesses. Passports for the 2017 Connecticut Coast & Country Winter Wine Trail may be picked up at any of the participating Wineries. The Winter Wine Trail encourages participants to visit each one of these wineries between the dates of the program and get their “passport” stamped at each location. The incentive for people to participate in this program is not only being able to taste the variety of wonderful wines that Connecticut has to offer, but over $4,500 in prizes with multiple prize packages. To be eligible to win, you must visit all 3 of the Wineries and Vineyards, and get your card stamped.

Passports must be submitted to one of the three wineries and vineyards by April 2nd, 2017. There is no purchase necessary to receive a passport or get it stamped. The hours for participating Wineries and Vineyards may be found at their individual websites.
