Eagle Eye Photo Imaging, LLC

Aerial Photography

Is using Aerial Drone Photography a service that will bring added value to your business?
Aerial photo imagery brings a unique added value perspective to your project.
For example, a real estate aerial video can show in panorama the area surrounding the property.

This provides the prospective buyer with a better understanding of exactly where the property is located in relation to other homes and features of the neighborhood.

Also, dramatic effects can be created by flying around a property from different flight attitudes, creating a video montage highlighting notable features such as gardens, swimming pools, water views, barns, carriage houses, etc. All done to bring added value, facilitating the sale and showcasing the property.

So whether your project involves real estate, golf &country clubs, yacht clubs, construction sites, special events etc., all will benefit from aerial photography.

A word of caution - A drone operator who does not have the proper FAA credentials risks fines and or penalties. All commercial drone operators must be certified by the FAA under Section 333 or Part 107.

Eagle Eye Photo Imaging, LLC has received FAA approval to commercially operate UAS in the National Air Space. We follow FAA regulations mandating that a commercial UAS operator hold a Section 333 Exemption or pass the 14 CFR Part 107 Airman Knowledge Test.  The UAS business is relatively new and developing, therefore, you should insure that the company you choose is insured and meets all FAA guidelines.
