All employers with 3 or more employees must provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees by October 1, 2020 (and within 6 months after the date of hire for all employees hired after October 1, 2019). This includes part time employees and seasonal help.
For this webinar, all registrants must have video capability on their computer to participate in the session. Attendance is monitored because this training meets the state's requirements. A certificate will be provided to those who satisfactorily complete the session. Joining by telephone doesn't qualify.
