• Student & Member Support Coordinator

    We are seeking a Student & Member Support Coordinator to join the Vista team.
     
    Responsibilities for a Student & Member Support Coordinator include:

    • Providing training and feedback, addressing any student or family questions, developing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating strategies for service delivery and student support
    • Oversee core day-to-day functions of the Westbrook Dorm and applicable service area logistics, responding to emerging issues that require student/member support
    • Responsible for scheduling, assigning, and managing rides and directing all incoming calls from students, members, families, and other stakeholders
    • Serves as the point person for medication oversight and management
    Requirements for a Student & Member Support Coordinator include:
    • High school diploma plus a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Associate Degree preferred
    • Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (possibility of lifting a wheelchair into a car/van)
    • Ability to drive a van/car and operate all functions of the vehicle
    • Ability to learn how to use the wheelchair lift on the SSC vehicle
    • May need to obtain a Public Service License within 90 days of hire
    Location: This position is based at our Westbrook, CT campus.

    Job Type/Shift Information: Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday3pm to 11pm 
     
    Hourly Rate: $24.00

    This position is Benefit and PTO (Paid Time Off) eligible.
