Elizabeth's Home Health Care Agency is family owned and operated since 1980. Elizabeth herself took care of the first woman to graduate from Yale University, Dr. Jean Celantano. Our mission is to bring comfort, safety, and peace of mind with exceptional hands-on-care to our clients.


We provide 24 hour live in care including 24 hour on-call RN, personal care assistants (CNA), homemaker, companionship/socialization, transportation/errands/doctor appointments, light house keeping, respite care, medication-packing and reminders, Dementia/Alzheimer trained specialist, nursing home and hospitalization support service, and free in home assessment.


No contract is required, pricing is on a sliding scale, long term care insurance accepted and our pricing is highly competitive. Our care coordinators are on call 24/7 at 203-488-8889 for a free assessment. We are here to meet all of your homecare needs for your loved ones.


Elizabeth's is also fully insured and bounded, all of our employees are pre-screened and background checked with bonified references.
