About Us

We are Jamie and Ashley Coones and we founded the Poo Squad in Manhattan, Kansas in January of 2017. We saw a need in the market for a high-quality pooper scooper service that customers could come to really rely on. We wanted to take a remedial job that you beg and plead for your kids/spouse to do that they rarely actually do and turn it into a professional service. We made the decision very early on that if dog poop pick up service is what we were going to do, we were going to be the absolute best at it, and make sure that our customer service experience was second to none. We have certainly had our growing pains but I think we have achieved the goal of being the elite dog waste pick up service in the country. Our philanthropic work in the community, branding and customer service have been highlighted several times and to our excitement, other people around the country have shown interest in starting their own Poo Squad poop scoop service location. After careful consideration and a careful vetting process, we have decided to expand into areas across the country with some great partners!
