About Us

The Women & Family Life Center provides services that include but are not limited to resources, programs, education & referrals for women and all families during challenging life transitions. We understand that there are moments in our lives that truly challenge us. Whether it is losing your home, going through a divorce, loss of a loved one, leaving an abusive relationship, struggling with mental health, or trying to find a job we are here to help you through times of transition.

We provide the support, education, programs and community you need to rebuild your life and your confidence. Once you walk through our door, you will never feel alone in your journey.

Women & Family Life Center envisions communities where women and all families are free from violence and harassment, are economically secure and have access to equitable opportunities.

Since 1991, the Women & Family Life Center has served over 16,000 individuals throughout Connecticut.
